該機(jī)主要分為定位模塊、貼角模塊和成型模塊三大部分，可實(shí)現(xiàn)各類(lèi)紙盒、木盒、膠盒生產(chǎn)時(shí)的自動(dòng)送紙、自動(dòng)過(guò)膠、自動(dòng)貼角、自動(dòng)定位、自動(dòng)成型和自動(dòng)壓泡等，系列工藝工序的自動(dòng)完成，轉(zhuǎn)版速度快，制作盒體精美。定位模塊的黑白皮帶、雙鏡頭、自動(dòng)糾偏、皮殼板貼襯定位、五片板定位。貼角模塊的不粘膠膠帶槽、雙升紙臺(tái)。成型模塊的智能調(diào)節(jié)、自動(dòng)鎖固、伺服凸輪動(dòng)作、免換鏟刀和壓泡板等，均由我司自行研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)，并獲得多項(xiàng)國(guó)家專(zhuān)利。

Features

It can complete a series of technological processes automatically, transfer plates quickly, and produce exquisite boxes. The positioning module includes black-and-white belt, double lens, automatic deviation correction, skin plate lining positioning and five plate positioning. Non adhesive tape slot and double lift paper table of corner module. The intelligent adjustment, automatic locking, servo cam action, no change blade and pressure foam board of the molding module are designed and produced by our company, and have obtained a number of national patents.
