該機主要分為定位模塊和皮殼包四邊兩部分，可實現(xiàn)各類皮殼、內(nèi)襯生產(chǎn)時的自動送紙、自動過膠、自動定位、自動包邊和自動壓泡等，一系列工藝工序的自動完成。對位精準(zhǔn)、轉(zhuǎn)版速度快。定位模塊的黑白皮帶、雙鏡頭、自動糾偏、皮殼板貼襯定位、五片板定位。包邊模塊的伺服凸輪拉線動作，均由我司自行研發(fā)設(shè)計生產(chǎn)，并獲得多項國家專利。
